Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy had held talks with Bayern Munich CEO Thomas Müller over the transfer of Harry Kane to the Bundesliga.
No formal offer for the star was seemingly made, though, and it is claimed the two figures did not settle on an agreed fee.
