Manchester United youngster Elyh Harrison has signed his first professional contract with Manchester United after an impressive performance with the U-18s.
Harrison signed a scholarship deal at the age of 16 with Stevenage Town Academy. Harrison has made it known on his Instagram account that he has signed a professional deal.
The youngster will be 17 years old next month and has been a regular starter for Manchester United’s U-18 team.
with Radak Vitek moving to the Manchester United U-21. Harrison will have to compete with Tom Wooster and Eric Hanbury for game time in a Manchester United shirt.
Harrison was selected for the U-18 Youth FA Cup, and he showed excellent skills with the way he handed the ball.
The goalkeeper has played 11 matches for the U-18 this season, and he seems to be in fine form and can be trusted for the future.
Making it through to becoming the club’s No. 1 still seems far away from him. However, dreams are meant to be achieved and it is an important part to his career.
The club will give him all the support he needs to reach the top and become a great goalkeeper. The goalkeeper has already conceded 17 goals in nine matches.
Harrison also received a yellow card but also had a clean sheet.
